Our Story

Serving the Paddington area for 40 years

Paddington Family Practice was originally located at 278 Oxford Street in a shopfront building. A small practice of one, two and then four doctors it was well known in the area for providing excellent quality compassionate cradle to grave care. 

The practice expanded bringing in two others and a dedicated practice manager and evolved in to a busy respected teaching practice. The decision was made to look for larger premises in order to better suit the needs of the staff and patients. Many of you will know that our current site has been a general practice for even longer than 40 years. It was renovated and expanded upstairs to the current architect designed premises in 2008.

At Paddington Family practice, we’re committed to providing you and your loved ones with exceptional care in a compassionate and friendly atmosphere. Located conveniently near Centennial Park and close to public transport we are pleased to be wheelchair and pram accessible. We believe that our patients and community deserve the best care, and we make an effort to make sure you always feel welcome and at ease. Our staff are committed to respectful inclusive care for all.
